Job Description
- Lead overall product strategy and guide the direction of the technical platform.
- Define and maintain the product roadmap aligned to business goals and user needs.
- Prioritize product features based on customer value, impact, and feasibility.
- Analyze complex business and user requirements and translate them into clear product specifications.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Manage program timelines, stakeholder communication, and delivery of platform features.
- Drive continuous improvement of platform capabilities with a focus on technical excellence and user experience.
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in Technical Product Management, Product Strategy, and Product Management
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex data and derive actionable insights
- Proficiency in program management to manage schedules, stakeholders, and deliverables effectively
- Proven ability to guide cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
- Experience in AI-enabled platforms or workforce analytics tools is advantageous
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environmen
