Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram. The Product Manager will oversee the development and lifecycle of our water treatment solutions, drive product strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver superior systems to clients. Responsibilities include market analysis, defining product vision, managing roadmaps, coordinating with engineering, sales, and marketing teams, and ensuring timely delivery of innovative solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Product management and strategic planning expertise, including developing product roadmaps and aligning with business objectives
- Experience in market analysis, customer research, and competitive benchmarking
- Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and presenting product strategies
- Technical proficiency and familiarity with water and wastewater treatment systems is highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Environmental Science, or equivalent; an advanced degree is a plus
- Previous experience in water treatment or industrial technology industry is an asset
