We're Hiring: Product Manager (2–6 Years) | Remote / Hybrid | India
Maxinor is looking for a sharp, execution-driven Product Manager to embed with a fast-growing, product-first client. If you love turning ambiguity into clarity and shipping things that actually matter, this one's for you.
What You'll Do
- Write PRDs, define user journeys, and take flows from rough idea to production-ready
- Shape roadmap and backlog- balancing quick wins with long-term platform thinking
- Partner with founders, design, and engineering to ship meaningful, scalable product
- Use data, user feedback, and experiments to continuously improve outcomes
- Build internal tools and dashboards that support real scale, not just surface UI
We're Looking For
- 2–6 years in product, founder, BA, UX, or consulting roles
- Hands-on with PRDs, user flows, and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong problem-structuring instincts and can turn "we want something like X" into clear scope
- Excellent communicator who drives alignment across stakeholders
- Ownership mindset with a bias to action in fast, unstructured environments
For Associate PMs/ Product Analyst (2–4 yrs): Strong execution focus, analytical comfort, eager to grow into strategy.
For PMs (4–6 yrs): End-to-end product ownership, roadmap shaping, able to push back and protect focus.
How You'll Work
Embedded with the client as their dedicated product owner, working in short outcome-oriented sprints alongside an engineering and design pod.
