Incomlend is seeking a Product Manager who will own the end-to-end delivery of product enhancements across our trade finance platform. This role acts as the key bridge between Business and Technology, ensuring that requirements are well-defined, technically feasible, and delivered with the highest level of quality.
The Product Manager will be accountable for translating business needs into clear product requirements, prioritising development work, and ensuring successful delivery through rigorous validation, testing, and post-release monitoring.
This is a role combining Product Ownership, Business Analysis, and Quality Assurance management or leadership.
What will you do?
Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories, manage the backlog, and work closely with stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery of features and enhancements.
Lead testing and validation activities (UAT, functional, regression), ensure solutions meet requirements, and oversee post-release checks to maintain platform stability and quality.
What are we looking for?
- 8+ years’ experience in Product, QA, or Business Analysis roles
- Experience in fintech, banking, trade finance, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of system workflows and requirement documentation
- Detail-oriented, structured thinker with strong communication skills
