💼 Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Product Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for defining product vision, managing the product roadmap, and driving the development of innovative digital publishing solutions. The role requires close collaboration with engineering, design, editorial, and business teams to deliver products that create real value for our global audience.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs
- Gather, prioritize, and translate stakeholder requirements into clear product specifications
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and editorial teams to deliver high-quality features on time
- Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities
- Define and track key product metrics, KPIs, and success criteria
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional product reviews
- Communicate product vision, progress, and updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Identify friction points in the user journey and drive continuous product improvements
- Manage product launches end-to-end — from planning to go-to-market execution
🛠 Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a digital, media, or tech environment
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and roadmap planning
- Ability to write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments
- Proficiency with product tools such as Jira, Notion, Figma, or similar
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.)
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote work environment
- Familiarity with digital publishing platforms, CMS systems, or media tech is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
