About the RoleWe are looking for a data-driven Product Manager with strong exposure to adtech, programmatic platforms, and data partnerships to scale Hybrid AI’s contextual and signal-led advertising ecosystem across India and SEA.
This role sits at the intersection of product development, data integrations, sales enablement, and revenue growth, working closely with internal Product & Engineering teams and external ecosystem partners.
Key Responsibilities- Own Data Partnership and Inventory Management with a focus on tracking, optimization, and revenue impact.
- Establish contextual marketing frameworks across branding and mid- to lower-funnel campaigns, leading with attention and relevance signals over traditional segmentation.
- Build and scale data partnerships across multiple ad units, collaborating with internal Product & Engineering teams and external stakeholders.
- Drive audience signal partnerships with providers such as Lattiq, VServ, Criteo, RTB House, and others.
- Leverage signals and associative signals aligned with media consumption to expand the in-market audience base in a privacy-first environment.
- Establish measurement partnerships with Kantar BLS, Kantar Eye Tracking, Lumens, and Nielsen DAR for third-party validation.
- Explore and manage DSP partnerships, including evaluation of The Trade Desk (TTD) alongside Hybrid’s in-house DSP for broader inventory access.
- Manage media strategy and buying frameworks aligned with sales demand, enabling efficient inventory utilization.
- Drive TV-Sync solutions using BARC AdEx and IPTV signals to mirror linear TV audiences on the open internet.
- Rewire the sales narrative and GTM strategy for pitches, delivery models, and evaluation frameworks.
- Support client and agency pitches, roadshows, annual deals, and JBPs aligned with revenue objectives.
- Drive IN-SEA market expansion, especially across CPG, Consumer Electronics, Retail, and Luxury categories.

Requirements & Skills- Experience as a Product Manager in adtech / martech / data-driven platforms.
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising ecosystems (contextual, semantic, O2O, CTV, TV Sync, triggers).
- Hands-on experience with platform integrations, data partnerships, or DSP/DMP/CDP environments.
- Knowledge of audience identifiers (GAID, IDFA, cookies, hashed IDs) and cross-channel activation.
- Familiarity with cookie matching mechanisms and signal-based targeting.
- Awareness of data privacy regulations and compliance.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across Product, Engineering, Sales, and external partners.
- Commercial mindset with ability to connect product decisions to revenue outcomes.
