About Be10x
With 1M+ users on the platform and growing every month, Be10x is India's leading company focused on improving the productivity of professionals — a need that has never been more urgent as AI reshapes how people work. To meet this demand, we are scaling our product and engineering teams, and this role sits at the center of that: a high-ownership seat where you own real business outcomes, not just a backlog.
Company Culture
At Be10x, we value curiosity, ownership, and continuous learning. Our culture fosters collaboration and innovation, encouraging team members to take initiative and contribute to our mission of enhancing productivity through technology.
The Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to own a core domain of the Be10x consumer product end-to-end. Your north star is customer value: making our learning experience so engaging and useful that customers stay, come back, and get real results — while also improving how effectively we convert and activate new customers along the way.
This is a full-ownership role. You will own the roadmap for your domain, decide what to build and why, work directly with a strong engineering team to ship it, and be accountable for the outcomes. You report to the Product Lead and own your domain solo — with the support, not the supervision, of a senior product leader.
What You'll Own
- Outcomes, not just output. You are accountable for engagement and retention in your domain — and for the acquisition and activation metrics your product decisions influence. You define the metrics that matter and you move them.
- The roadmap. You own the roadmap for your domain end-to-end — from insight and prioritization through to shipped, measured features. You decide what to build and, just as importantly, what not to.
- The product journey. You use data to understand and optimize how customers move through our product — finding where they drop off, where they get stuck, and where we can deliver more value, then shipping changes that fix it.
- Discovery and decisions. You turn user research, behavioral data, and business goals into clear, well-reasoned product decisions — and you write them down (PRDs, specs, acceptance criteria) so the team can execute with clarity.
- Execution with engineering. You partner closely with engineering and design to ship quality features on a good cadence, making the trade-off calls and unblocking the team as you go.
- Experimentation. You run a continuous loop of hypothesis, A/B test, learn and iterate — tying every bet back to a business goal.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of product management experience on a consumer (B2C) digital product, ready to grow into full domain ownership.
- A track record of driving outcomes. You've measurably improved engagement, retention, activation, or conversion — and can talk through how you did it.
- Strong data instincts. You are fluent with product analytics (e.g. Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA) and you reach for data to find opportunities and validate decisions, not just to report after the fact.
- Journey-optimization mindset. You think in funnels, cohorts, and user journeys, and you connect product changes to business results.
- Ownership. You take a problem and run it to a result without being asked twice. You're comfortable owning a domain solo.
- Clear communication. You write crisp PRDs and specs, and you can align engineering, design, and leadership around a direction.
Nice to Have
- Experience in edtech, e-learning, or an LMS-style product.
- Experience with lifecycle, growth, or retention product work specifically.
- Familiarity with how a low-friction acquisition funnel converts and activates new users.
- Experience shipping across web and mobile (iOS / Android).
- Comfort with agile product development.
Why This Role
You'll own a real domain with real business impact, backed by a strong engineering team and a product culture built around ownership rather than coordination. If you want to be accountable for outcomes — and to see your work reach a million-plus users — this is the seat.
What We Offer
- A high-ownership role with real accountability for business outcomes.
- The chance to shape products that reach 1M+ users and grow every month.
- Close partnership with senior product, design, and engineering leadership.
- Competitive compensation.
- A culture that values curiosity, ownership, and continuous learning.
