Product Manager / Associate Product Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a smart and proactive Product Manager who can handle both product coordination and client project management. The candidate will work closely with the development team, BDE team, clients, and founders to ensure smooth execution of products and projects.
Currently, we are working on multiple products including Platter and Ignite, along with client-based web and software development services.
This role is ideal for someone who understands product flow, client communication, team coordination, and task management.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Manage ongoing products and client projects from requirement gathering to execution
* Understand client requirements clearly and coordinate with the technical team
* Assign tasks to developers/designers and ensure timely completion
* Track project progress and maintain proper follow-ups with the team
* Coordinate with the BDE/Sales team regarding client feedback and new requirements
* Identify product issues reported by users and get them resolved with the technical team
* Suggest new features and improvements for products based on market feedback
* Handle small to medium client projects independently
* Maintain proper communication between clients, management, and internal teams
* Ensure smooth product operations and delivery timelines
* Prepare project updates, task reports, and status tracking when required
Required Skills
* Good communication and coordination skills
* Basic understanding of web/app/software development process
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
* Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Notion, or similar is a plus
* Ability to understand technical issues and explain them properly to the team
* Good team handling and follow-up skills
Preferred Candidate
* 1–2 years of experience in Product Management / Project Coordination / IT Project Handling
* Candidates with startup experience will be preferred
* Must be proactive, responsible, and execution-focused
