About GIGABOX:
GIGABOX is a 60-minute delivery-led omnichannel retail platform for general merchandise, seamlessly bridging online and offline shopping to deliver a unified "App Bhi, Store Bhi" customer experience. We operate category-dedicated branded stores—spanning Kitchen, Sports, Toys, Bags, Gift, Electronics, Cosmetics, Home Decor, and more —that are fully integrated with our iOS and Android apps.
Our core USPs include 80-90% product assortment availability, a true touch-and-feel in-store experience, and fast local delivery within 60 minutes. Within six months of launch, we achieved over 4+ crores in cumulative revenue, attaining both store-level and company-level profitability. We currently operate two large-format stores in Jodhpur, Rajasthan: The GIGABOX Kitchen Store (4500+ sq. ft.) and GIGABOX Sports Store (4000+ sq. ft.), both launched-on 10th Nov 2025. We are actively expanding with two additional Jodhpur stores for Toys and Bags, scheduled to launch on 14th September 2026. Backed by ₹7 crores raised across two funding rounds in our first year, our current ARR is ₹12 crore and is projected to reach ₹25 crore post-expansion. Our overarching vision is to build India's No. 1 general merchandise platform across the top 50 cities by launching 600 stores over the next 5-8 years.
Job Description: Product Manager (PM)

- Work Type: Work from Office (1 day/week remote flexibility)
- Working Days: Alternate 5-day and 6-day work weeks (Weeks 1, 3, and 5: Monday to Saturday; Weeks 2 and 4: Monday to Friday) - As the company is currently at an initial stage, we may require a few extra working hours and alternate 6-day work weeks to build and scale the company faster. However, after the next few months, once the company becomes more stable and structured, we also plan to move towards a complete 5-day work week structure.
- Office Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (High ownership role; flexibility expected during launches & critical releases)
- Growth Path: Product Manager (PM) → Head of Product → Chief Product Officer (CPO) → Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

What are we Looking For in a Product Manager?
We are not looking for a typical Product Manager who just writes PRDs and manages tickets, but a business-focused problem solver who understands customer behavior, unit economics, and speed of execution. At GIGABOX, product is at the core of everything—it directly drives revenue, operations, and real-world store experience. You will work closely with the Founder to build a 0 → 1 → scale omnichannel platform, where every product decision has a direct and measurable business impact. This role demands ownership over outcomes (not just features), the ability to think across product, operations, and growth, comfort with ambiguity and rapid execution cycles, and a strong bias for action, speed, and simplicity over over-analysis. Key Responsibilities:
As a Product Manager at Gigabox, you will work closely with the Founder and play a key role in building and scaling the overall product ecosystem.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Converting the Founder’s broader vision into clear execution plans
- Taking ownership of product quality, usability, and business impact
- Prioritizing features, solving product problems, and ensuring timely execution
- Leading the product team and ensuring timely execution of tasks
- Leading cross-functional coordination between Product, Design, Tech, Operations, and Marketing
- Managing the development of the Gigabox iOS & Android apps
- Managing the development of the Gigabox admin panel
- Managing the development of the Gigabox website
- Contributing to the development of Gigabox’s physical retail stores across different categories
This role offers holistic exposure to building a true omnichannel business across both digital products and offline retail experiences.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- MBA from a reputed institute is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong foundation in product thinking, business understanding, and problem-solving (candidates with exceptional practical experience will be considered regardless of formal education).
Skills Requirements
- Strong product thinking with the ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear solutions.
- Deep understanding of UX and customer journeys across online and offline retail.
- Data-driven decision-making (comfortable with metrics, funnels, cohort analysis) and the ability to write clear PRDs and user stories.
- Strong execution capability from idea to launch and iteration.
- Basic understanding of technology (APIs, app architecture, backend flows; no coding required).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High ownership mindset with a bias for action and speed.
- A Product Manager should know tools like Jira, Notion, Figma, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Excel, Slack, and ChatGPT, along with skills such as PRD writing, sprint planning, roadmap management, data analysis, SQL basics, user journey understanding, customer understanding, cross-team communication, prioritization, and problem solving.
Experience Requirements:
- 4-8 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or Startup roles.
- Experience in consumer tech, e-commerce, retail-tech, or quick commerce is highly preferred.
- Prior experience in a 0→1 or early-stage startup environment.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling products/features.
- Experience working closely with founders or leadership teams.

- Strong alignment with startup culture (speed, ownership, and adaptability) and willingness to work in a high-intensity, fast-changing environment.
- Ability to operate with limited resources and high ambiguity.
- Deep curiosity about retail, consumer behaviour, and omnichannel commerce.
