Role Description
We are seeking a full-time remote Product Manager to drive the development of innovative solutions that enhance our AI-driven customer support platform. This role involves defining product roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and translating customer needs into impactful product features. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure that Fini continues to deliver value to our clients and remains ahead in the customer support automation industry.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Product Management, including defining roadmaps, managing backlogs, and launching successful products
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms, AI technologies, and integration with systems like Zendesk, Salesforce, and HubSpot
- Understanding of compliance and data security regulations such as SOC 2, GDPR, or ISO 27001
- Experience in B2C industries such as fintech, SaaS, marketplaces, or customer support preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
- Passion for delivering customer-centric solutions and driving business outcomes
