Role Overview
As a Product Manager at FinBox, you will own the
end-to-end lending journey, while driving
customer engagement and conversion across the funnel.
Role and Responsibilities:1. Product Ownership (Core)
- Define and drive product roadmap for borrower-facing and partner-facing journeys
- Build and optimize end-to-end loan lifecycle flows (onboarding → underwriting → disbursal → repayment)
- Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to ship high-impact features
2. Customer Engagement & Growth
- Improve conversion funnels across onboarding, KYC, and loan application
- Drive user engagement and retention through product interventions (nudges, journeys, notifications)
- Analyze drop-offs and optimize user journeys using data
3. LSP Ecosystem Management
- Understand and enhance integrations with multiple lenders
- Build scalable APIs / workflows for partner onboarding and loan processing
- Ensure smooth coordination between borrowers, lenders, and internal systems
4. Data-Driven Decision Making
- Define and track key metrics: conversion rate, approval rate, disbursal rate, CAC, retention
- Run A/B experiments and iterate on product features
- Translate insights into actionable product improvements
5. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with lenders, NBFCs, and internal stakeholders
- Align business goals with product execution
- Act as a bridge between tech, business, and operations
What We’re Looking For:
- 4-7 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in fintech / lending / marketplace platforms
- Strong understanding of loan lifecycle / credit workflows / LSP model
- Experience working on customer-facing products with high scale
- Strong analytical thinking with hands-on experience in data tools (SQL. is a plus)
- Ability to balance user experience with business outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
