Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role based in Australia. The Product Manager will be responsible for defining and driving the vision, roadmap, and feature set for immigration and visa consulting services and related digital products. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and analyzing customer and market requirements, translating business needs into product specifications, and collaborating with operations, sales, marketing, and technology teams to deliver and improve services. The role also involves monitoring product performance, identifying areas for optimization, and ensuring the overall client experience aligns with the company’s standards of reliability and value. The Product Manager will regularly communicate progress and insights to leadership, helping shape strategic decisions and service enhancements.
Qualifications
- Product management skills including roadmap planning, requirements gathering, and feature prioritization.
- Experience with customer research, data analysis, and using insights to improve services or products.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of immigration or visa consulting domains, or experience in professional services, is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in product management are beneficial.
- Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and basic understanding of web or app-based service delivery.
