Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Manager, based in Gurugram, Haryana. The Product Manager will oversee the entire product lifecycle, including ideation, development, launch, and post-launch optimization. Daily responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing product requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing strategic product roadmaps, analyzing customer needs, and consistently identifying market opportunities to ensure the product's success.
Qualifications
- Product Management and Strategy Development skills to align business goals with product offerings
- Experience with Market Analysis, User Research, and Requirement Gathering
- Proficiency in Agile Methodologies, Roadmap Planning, and Stakeholder Communication
- Problem-Solving, Critical Thinking, and Decision-Making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, along with Presentation skills
- Technology, Data Analysis, and Business Acumen
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- Experience in project management tools and software is a benefit
