Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Manager (2–4 years of experience) to join our Operating Team within the venture studio. This is a unique opportunity to work across multiple early-stage startups, shaping products that directly impact low-income communities in India. You’ll partner with entrepreneurs, engineers, designers, and field teams to identify problems, build solutions, and execute rapidly.
The ideal candidate is curious, execution-oriented, and deeply motivated to create scalable and profitable social impact through financial services.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with venture founders and cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and translate them into actionable requirements.
Prioritize across competing demands from multiple teams and portfolio companies—ensuring focus on the highest-impact initiatives.
Drive end-to-end product development: From user research and ideation to execution, testing, go-to-market and iteration.
Partner with design and engineering to deliver simple, intuitive, and scalable user experiences.
Define and track key success metrics for product adoption, retention, and impact.
Engage with customers and field teams to stay close to user needs, pain points, and aspirations.
Benchmark products against fintech best practices and continuously look for ways to raise quality and efficiency.
