Company Overview
Docusign brings agreements to life. Over 1.5 million customers and more than a billion people in over 180 countries use Docusign solutions to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify people’s lives. With intelligent agreement management, Docusign unleashes business-critical data that is trapped inside of documents. Until now, these were disconnected from business systems of record, costing businesses time, money, and opportunity. Using Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).
What you'll do
As a Principal Product Manager - Strategic Partner Solutions, you will be responsible for defining the 2-3 year vision, strategy, and execution of Docusign's integrations with key strategic partners and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). Operating in a highly ambiguous environment, your mission is to deliver world-class, seamless integration experiences that embed Docusign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform into the core workflows of our partners, with the initial focus on the procurement ecosystem (e.g., Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay). You will be responsible for building a scalable framework that possesses the versatility to expand our integration playbook to other critical enterprise ecosystems. You will define the strategy and roadmap for how Docusign IAM deeply connects with partner platforms, managing the entire lifecycle from discovery and co-development with partners to a successful, adopted, and data-rich integration for our mutual customers. As a Principal PM, you will sit at the intersection of product, engineering, marketing, business development, and our partner ecosystem, acting as a force multiplier by leading and mentoring junior PMs while driving alignment across highly complex, cross-functional initiatives.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director, Product Management.
Responsibility
- Define and own the execution of a multi-year product strategy for our strategic ISV integrations, beginning with the procurement domain (e.g., Coupa, SAP) and establishing a model for future ecosystem integrations
- Drive partner alignment outside the company, negotiating and co-developing end-to-end product roadmaps for specific integration apps, from initial concept to launch and post-launch iteration including managing bidirectional data flows, embedded UI components, and API-level connections
- Lead, mentor, and coach 1-2 junior Product Managers, guiding them through complex product development lifecycles and fostering a culture of excellence
- Provide drivership across multiple product and engineering teams, using your influence and deep market knowledge to ensure core Docusign platform roadmaps (e.g., eSign, Maestro, Navigator, Agreement Desk) account for the needs of our ISV partners and integration use cases
- Collaborate closely with Business Development, Partner Marketing, and Sales teams to build joint GTM plans, create field enablement content, and support our mutual customers with our partners
- Champion a data-driven culture, utilizing metrics such as adoption rates, feature usage, and the impact on customer retention and expansion to measure success and identify new opportunities
- Own timely, transparent communication to executive leadership on the progress of their charter, attainment of key metrics, and strategic roadmap
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

- A proven track record of successfully identifying customer and partner problems, defining a 2-3 year joint product strategy, and delivering complex, cross-functional solutions that achieve high adoption
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment and execute on highly complex and ambiguous product initiatives
- Experience working in an Agile development environment in a global/multi-geolocated setup
Preferred
- Experience managing, coaching, or mentoring junior Product Managers
- An experienced influencer with the ability to collaborate well and drive alignment in a highly matrixed environment, especially with external partners and internal GTM teams
- Strong technical background, with the ability to engage in design discussions with engineering on topics like API design, data modeling, embedded components, and integration architecture
- Direct experience working within major enterprise software ecosystems (e.g., SAP, Coupa, Salesforce, Oracle) and building integrations
- Domain knowledge in procurement, Source-to-Pay, or CLM is highly desirable, but not required if balanced by strong platform and integration experience
