About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, data-driven Product & Category Strategist to own our design life cycle. You will bridge the gap between artistic design, manufacturing excellence, and commercial profitability.

Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do):
- Own the Strategy: Drive the development and execution of end-to-end product strategies and vision.
- Analyze the Market: Conduct deep-dive market analysis to spot emerging trends and benchmark competitor offerings.
- Curate Collections: Coordinate directly with manufacturing partners and design teams to launch stunning collections.
- Maximize Profitability: Drive margin growth by balancing high-end design aesthetics with strict product profitability ratios.
- Data-Driven Design: Manage the entire design life cycle seamlessly in coordination with our analytics function.
- Empower Retail Teams: Deliver high-impact product training to ensure retail teams can tell the collection's story.
Pre-requisites (What You Bring):
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Category Management, Product Development (NPD), or Design at a jewelry retail or B2B firm.
- Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing both lightweight and heavyweight jewelry designs.
- Education: Graduate from a premier Design School; NIFT graduates are highly preferred.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva graphic designing.
