About the Role We are looking for a Product Manager who can own the full product lifecycle, from strategy and roadmap to execution and iteration. You will work across our web, mobile, and app platforms, building experiences that millions of users rely on every day. This is an autonomous role. You will be expected to drive your own agenda, set priorities, and deliver results with a high degree of independence. You will sit close to leadership, work with a lean and capable team, and have real influence over the direction of the product and the business. If you are passionate about product, performance, and e-commerce, and you like moving fast, owning outcomes, and working on problems that matter at scale, this is the role for you.
What You Will Do
● Own the product development process end to end, from ideation and scoping through design, build, release, and iteration.
● Drive revenue growth through product, with a sharp focus on customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value across all platforms.
● Contribute to the overall product roadmap across web, mobile, and app, with a clear understanding of user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
● Define product vision for your areas of ownership and execute with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach.
● Attach clear metrics and success criteria to every feature, initiative, and experiment before it goes into build. If it cannot be measured, it does not ship.
● Design and run A/B tests, analyse results, and use data to drive decisions and improve key metrics across acquisition, engagement, and retention funnels.
● Use AI tools actively across research, decision-making, prototyping, and execution to move faster and think sharper.
● Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, and business teams to align priorities and ship on time.
● Communicate clearly with the software development team, with enough technical grounding to delegate effectively, unblock issues, and make informed trade-off decisions.
● Identify gaps in the user journey and propose solutions that balance user value with business impact.
● Manage stakeholders effectively and make sound calls even when the picture is not fully clear.
What We Are Looking For
● 2/3+ years of product management experience, with a track record of owning consumer-facing or tech products.
● Education - SDE / BTech degree and a preferred degree in MBA.
● Strong technical knowledge to work effectively with a software development team, understand trade-offs, and communicate requirements without ambiguity.
● Demonstrable impact on revenue, customer acquisition, or retention in a previous role. Tell us what moved because of you, not just what you were responsible for.
● A metrics-first mindset. Every feature you have shipped should come with a story about what you measured and what happened.
● Strong strategic thinking paired with the ability to get into the details and execute independently without hand-holding.
● Hands-on experience using AI tools to drive product thinking, speed up execution, or improve decision-making.
● Passion for product, performance marketing, and e-commerce. You follow the space, you have opinions on it, and it shows. Familiarity with affiliate marketing is a plus.
● Proficiency with SQL and comfort working on large datasets.
● Clear communicator who can manage competing priorities and hold their own in a room with leadership.
● Preference to Mumbai-based candidates. This is a hybrid role with remote flexibility and a weekly in-person meetup at WeWork in Mumbai, with additional co-working days as needed.
