The Opportunity:
This is your moment to step into a high-impact Product Manager role at the precise inflection point when our latest groundbreaking product is poised to disrupt the industry and establish a new global standard of care across ICU, wound care, acute care, and inpatient settings.
You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with visionary inventors and pioneering nurses who have already taken the product from 0 to 1 at commercial scale. From there, you will take full ownership of the relationships, the strategy, and the momentum — driving explosive growth from 1 → 10 → 100 on the world stage.

You will masterfully blend cutting-edge digital, AI-powered marketing for rapid awareness and virality with sophisticated, high-touch traditional medical device strategies — and you will have the creativity, strategic firepower, and sheer determination to go head-to-head with entrenched market leaders… and win.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy and product launches across target segments (ICU, Wound Care, Acute Care, Infection Prevention), working hand-in-hand with executive leadership.
- Partner directly with visionary inventors and pioneering nurses to translate innovation into scalable commercial success.
- Drive late-stage product development involvement: beta testing, clinical evaluations, and translation of technical/clinical insights into compelling market positioning.
- Develop and execute full launch playbooks including branding, logos, market segmentation, pricing strategy, clinical slides, videos, brochures, training collaterals, VAC packs, sales training, and product sampling programs.
- Build and nurture high-level relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) globally; convince pioneering clinicians to adopt and champion our innovations.
- Leverage digital marketing, AI tools, and modern channels to create awareness, generate initial traction, and drive virality — while mastering traditional tactics such as conferences, local chapter meetings, HCP dinners/events, clinical evaluations, and GPO contracting.
- Create high-impact, evidence-based marketing collateral and sales enablement tools that clearly communicate the health-economic value proposition and clinical superiority.
- Conduct market research, Voice of Customer (VOC) analysis, competitive intelligence, and global market segmentation to inform strategy.
- Plan and execute conference participation, trade shows, sponsorships, booth strategy, and on-site activations with excellence.
- Ensure all marketing activities remain fully compliant with global regulatory and clinical guidelines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Clinical, Sales, Regulatory, and Commercial teams across the US, Europe, and Asia to drive seamless global adoption and hyper-growth.
Requirements (We Hire for Talent, Drive & Mindset):
- 3–5+ years of hands-on marketing or product management experience in wound care, critical care, infection prevention, or related medical device/product lines (preferred).
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree (MBA strongly preferred) in engineering, medicine, business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully launching or scaling medical devices — ideally in competitive, asymmetrical environments.
- Strong experience developing go-to-market strategies, clinical marketing materials, KOL engagement, and sales enablement.
- Comfortable blending digital/AI-powered marketing with traditional high-touch HCP and conference strategies.
- Global mindset with the ability to customize campaigns for diverse healthcare markets.
- Exceptional communication skills, leadership presence, and gravitas — able to influence KOLs, clinicians, and internal stakeholders at the highest level.

Mon to Sat – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
(Sunday’s and Second & Fourth Saturdays are off.)
