About the Role
You're the kind of person who sees an inefficient ad workflow and immediately starts mentally rebuilding it. You speak fluent stakeholder, LLM, and Scrum — sometimes in the same sentence. We're looking for a Product Manager who can lead the strategy, development, and scaling of SaaS products that power advertising, marketing, and analytics capabilities — and who genuinely enjoys the ride.
What You'll Do
• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for SaaS products aligned with real agency growth goals — not just the ones that look good on a slide deck.
• Own the full product lifecycle end-to-end — from "what if we…" scribbled on a whiteboard to a scalable product in production, covering ideation, MVP, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and develop innovative ad-tech and mar-tech solutions spanning AI, automation, analytics, and campaign management platforms.
• Apply hands-on experience in NLP, Generative AI, Transformer architectures, LLMs, embeddings, vector search, and end-to-end RAG pipelines to build products that genuinely move the needle.
• Translate between engineers thinking in Kubernetes and clients thinking in campaign KPIs — you're the decoder ring that makes cross-functional teams actually function.
Drive strong MLOps and production engineering practices, including model deployment, monitoring, CI/CD pipelines, feature stores, and enterprise-grade scalability.
Your Technical Toolkit
• Proficient with AI/ML frameworks and orchestration tools — PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, and LlamaIndex (or similar).
• Hands-on experience with vector databases such as Milvus, Qdrant, Pinecone, or Weaviate, and distributed data stores like PostgreSQL or Cassandra.
• Comfortable with cloud-native infrastructure including Docker, Kubernetes, and at least one major cloud platform — AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Solid grasp of cloud-based SaaS architecture, APIs, data platforms, automation tools, and dashboards.
You don't need to have every API memorised, but you do need enough depth to spot a bad architecture decision before it becomes a bad quarter.
Who You Are
• 6–8 years deep in SaaS product management, ideally in ad-tech, mar-tech, or digital platforms
• Proven track record building and scaling B2B SaaS products in Agile environments
• Solid understanding of advertising agency workflows, media operations, analytics, and campaign management
• Hands-on with product roadmaps, PRDs, backlog management, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Exposure to AI-driven products, CRM/CDP platforms, and data analytics is a strong plus
• A natural connector of dots — between data, design, engineering, and that one stakeholder who keeps changing the brief
• Customer-obsessed with an entrepreneurial streak; you treat every product like your name is on it, because in practice, it is
