Job Summary
We are seeking a Product Manager to support the strategy, development, and scaling of SaaS-based products that enhance the agency’s advertising, marketing, and analytics capabilities. This role will work closely with business, technology, and creative teams to deliver product-led solutions that improve client outcomes, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the definition and execution of the product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization aligned with business goals.
* Contribute to building ad-tech and mar-tech solutions, including analytics, automation, AI-enabled features, and campaign management tools.
* Collaborate with engineering and data teams on AI-driven capabilities such as NLP, Generative AI use cases, embeddings, vector search, and retrieval-based systems (RAG).
* Manage the product lifecycle for assigned modules or features—from ideation and requirements to launch and iteration.
* Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; manage backlogs in Agile/Scrum environments.
* Work with AI/ML teams using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar tools (exposure preferred).
* Coordinate with teams leveraging vector databases and data platforms such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, PostgreSQL, or similar systems.
* Partner with engineering on deployment readiness, monitoring, and continuous improvement of product features.
* Track product performance through metrics, dashboards, and user feedback, and recommend improvements.
* Act as a bridge between stakeholders—ensuring alignment across business, creative, tech, and client-facing teams.
Skills & Requirements
* 3–5 years of experience in product management or a closely related role within SaaS, digital platforms, ad-tech, or mar-tech.
* Experience working in Agile environments with hands-on involvement in roadmaps, PRDs, sprint planning, and backlog management.
* Understanding of advertising agency workflows, digital marketing, analytics, or campaign management platforms.
* Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS architectures, APIs, dashboards, and data-driven products.
* Exposure to AI-powered products, automation tools, analytics platforms, or CRM/CDP systems is a plus.
* Working knowledge of cloud and containerized environments (AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes) is desirable.
* Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced agency environment.
