Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role located in Nashik. The Product Manager will oversee the lifecycle of products from conceptualization to delivery, including defining product vision, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches. Other responsibilities include market analysis, stakeholder communication, and driving strategic decision-making to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in Product Management, including defining product roadmaps and managing lifecycle stages
- Strong skills in Market Research, Requirements Analysis, and Competitive Analysis
- Proficiency in Project Management and Team Collaboration tools
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Stakeholder Management skills
- Ability to analyze data and metrics for strategic decision-making
- Technical acumen to work effectively with engineering teams; knowledge of relevant industry technologies is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline; an MBA or equivalent experience is beneficial
