This role is about identifying the right problems, prioritizing what matters, and driving execution with clarity. You’ll work across product, engineering, design, and business teams to ensure ideas translate into products that users actually value.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product requirements, priorities, and roadmap initiatives
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver product features end-to-end
- Gather user insights, analyze feedback, and identify improvement opportunities
- Translate business objectives into structured product decisions and execution plans
- Define success metrics and monitor product performance post-launch
- Drive product discovery, requirement documentation, and feature prioritization
- Coordinate with stakeholders across teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- Support experimentation, iteration, and continuous product improvement
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–7+ years of experience in product management or related roles
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and user-centric thinking
- Ability to balance business goals, user experience, and technical feasibility
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience working in cross-functional and fast-paced environments
Good to Have
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
- Exposure to SaaS, platform, or data-driven products
- Basic understanding of APIs and technical product discussions
