Job Title: Product Manager (Remote – India)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager to lead the planning, development, and execution of digital products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product vision, aligning cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet user needs and business objectives. This is a remote role suited for individuals who can work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements
- Work closely with design, engineering, and business teams to deliver product features
- Translate business goals into clear product specifications and user stories
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions
- Ensure timely delivery of product milestones while maintaining quality standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- 3–7 years of experience in product management or a related role
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in remote or distributed teams
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and software development processes
- Experience with data-driven product decision-making.
