Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Product Manager. The Product Manager will oversee the lifecycle of products—from ideation to launch—by managing cross-functional teams, defining product roadmaps, and prioritizing features based on business goals and market feedback. The role involves conducting market research, analyzing user needs, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver impactful and scalable solutions. You will also be responsible for tracking product performance and refining strategies to ensure alignment with the company's mission and growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in Product Lifecycle Management, defining product roadmaps, and feature prioritization.
- Strong skills in Market Research, User Research, and Data-Driven Decision Making.
- Proficiency in Stakeholder Management, Agile methodologies, and Cross-Functional Team Collaboration.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear documentation and stakeholder presentations.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms for project and product management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Prior experience in startup environments or venture-building initiatives is advantageous.
