We’re hiring a Product Manager – Growth & Retention at Astro Arun Pandit.
Location: Noida, India
Type: Full-Time
Astro Arun Pandit is a fast-growing consumer platform serving millions of users across India and globally. We are building deeply personalised product experiences that drive engagement, retention, and long-term user value.
We’re looking for a product manager who is strong on growth thinking, user behaviour, experimentation, and execution. This role will own one of the most important charters in the company: helping more users activate, stay, and come back.
What you’ll do
- Own the strategy for user acquisition, onboarding, activation, and conversion
- Identify drop-off points in the user journey and build products that improve D1, D7, and D30 retention
- Design and run A/B tests across the funnel, from hypothesis to rollout
- Define and own key growth and retention metrics
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams to ship high-impact features
- Conduct user research and combine qualitative and quantitative signals into product decisions
- Partner on lifecycle journeys across push, email, in-app messaging, and win-back flows
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of product management experience
- At least 1–2 years of direct experience owning growth or retention in a consumer internet company
- Strong analytical skills with SQL and product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Clevertap
- Strong product thinking and prioritisation ability
- Proven track record of shipping products end-to-end in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Good to have
- Experience in consumer apps with a large user base
- Familiarity with growth frameworks such as AARRR, HEART, or ICE
- Hands-on experience with CRM and lifecycle tools such as MoEngage, Clevertap, or Braze
- Understanding of SEO, ASO, and paid acquisition channels
- Experience in a 0→1 or early-stage product environment
