Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Product Manager. The Product Manager will lead the lifecycle of AIxCompass products, from ideation to launch. Responsibilities include developing product roadmaps, researching market trends, gathering customer feedback, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and managing product development timelines. The individual will also collaborate with stakeholders to ensure features meet user needs and business goals while driving innovation in the product suite.
Qualifications
- Product Management and Roadmap Development experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for Market Research and Competitive Analysis
- Effective communication, Collaboration, and Stakeholder Management abilities
- Technical knowledge and aptitude for working with cross-functional development teams
- Proven track record in User-Centered Design and gathering Customer Feedback
- Experience in SaaS, digital tools, or technology-focused industries is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, or a related field, with an MBA as a plus
