Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager / Product Owner who operates with strong ownership and accountability across the product lifecycle. This individual will drive roadmap definition, align technical execution with business objectives, and serve as the connective tissue between engineering, design, GTM, and leadership. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can independently define problems, propose solutions, and move initiatives forward without constant direction. They are technically fluent enough to engage deeply with engineering teams, yet strategic enough to translate product capabilities into measurable business outcomes. This individual makes data-driven decisions, leveraging usage analytics, customer insights, and business metrics to prioritize effectively and measure impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap, from vision through execution and iteration
- Define, prioritize, and maintain product capabilities aligned to company strategy and measurable outcomes
- Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and engineering deliverables
- Use product usage data, customer feedback, and business metrics to inform prioritization and decision-making
- Collaborate closely with engineering to drive technical discussions, architecture tradeoffs, and delivery plans
- Partner with UX/UI to improve usability, workflows, and overall customer experience
- Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback
- Balance short-term execution with long-term strategic positioning
- Identify opportunities to expand product capabilities that drive revenue growth and differentiation
- Adapt priorities based on data, market shifts, and internal constraints
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ownership of a product roadmap and delivery outcomes
- Strong ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders
- Technical fluency with the ability to engage engineering teams in architecture and implementation discussions
- Strategic thinking with the ability to connect features to business impact
- Experience prioritizing competing initiatives in resource-constrained environments
- Experience defining and tracking KPIs such as activation, retention, expansion, and revenue impact
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort working cross-functionally
- Empathy for users and a passion for improving user experience, workflows, and UI/UX
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud-native platforms, distributed systems, or data infrastructure products
- Familiarity with AI/ML-driven products or developer platforms
- Experience driving product-led growth initiatives
- Comfort operating in fast-moving or scaling environments
