Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Product Manager - Travel Products role based in Kochi. The Product Manager will oversee the development and enhancement of AERTiCKET India's travel technology products, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs. Responsibilities include product research and strategy, managing the entire product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of tech solutions. The role also involves analyzing market trends, gathering customer feedback, and delivering innovative features to improve product efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Product Development and Product Lifecycle Management
- Experience in Market Research, Customer Needs Analysis, and Strategy Design
- Proficiency in Team Collaboration, Project Management, and Cross-functional Communication
- Technical knowledge of API integrations, booking tools, or travel technology is a plus
- Proven problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields. An MBA or equivalent is a plus
- Background in the travel industry or airline ticket distribution is preferred
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
