Product Sr./Manager – US Healthcare (IHA Platform)
Location: Remote(India)
Department: Product Development & R&D
Reporting To: Sr. Director
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Product Sr./Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our In-Home Health Assessment (IHA) Platform. This role will be responsible for driving product innovation, delivering measurable business outcomes, and partnering with business, operations, engineering, architecture, and client stakeholders. The platform supports end-to-end healthcare operations including member outreach, appointment scheduling, clinical assessments, risk adjustment, care management, and digital engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy
- Define and communicate product vision and long-term strategy.
- Build and manage product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Define OKRs and success metrics.
- Develop business cases and support investment planning.
- Drive prioritization of initiatives based on business value and customer impact.
Customer & Market Engagement
- Understand customer needs and pain points.
- Conduct client workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Perform market research and competitive analysis.
- Translate insights into product opportunities and enhancements.
Product Discovery & Delivery
- Lead product discovery sessions.
- Define epics, user stories, and product requirements.
- Collaborate with Agile development teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Drive feature prioritization and release planning.
Business Ownership
Lead initiatives across:
- Risk Adjustment & Quality Programs
- Care Management
- Digital & Omnichannel Engagement
- Continuity of Care
- Member Self-Service Solutions
- AI & Automation Initiatives
- Population Health Programs
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Engineering Directors, Architects, and Business Leaders.
- Mentor Product Owners and support product excellence initiatives.
- Present product strategy, roadmap updates, and business outcomes to executive stakeholders.
- Drive portfolio reporting and governance activities.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in US Healthcare.
- Hands-on Product Management experience with In-Home Health Assessment (IHA) platforms/programs is required.
- Experience supporting one or more IHA business functions such as Member Outreach, Appointment Scheduling, Clinical Assessments, Nurse Workflows, Risk Adjustment, Quality Measures, Coding, Care Management, or Digital Engagement.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Experience working with SaaS or Enterprise Healthcare products.

Education
- Bachelor's Degree required.
