Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Product Manager to join our team on-site in New Delhi. The Product Manager will oversee the product lifecycle, including market research, product development, and go-to-market strategies. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and implement innovative product strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring product alignment with customer needs and company objectives. Additionally, the Product Manager will work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop competitive positioning and contribute to optimizing the supply chain for improved efficiency.
Qualifications
- Product development and roadmap management experience, with expertise in lifecycle management and go-to-market strategies.
- Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and identifying customer needs to drive product innovation.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to collaborate seamlessly across teams and meet deadlines.
- Experience in marketing and sales support, including product positioning and communications strategies.
- Familiarity with manufacturing or IT product industries is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Strong leadership abilities with effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
