Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role located in Kochi. The Product Manager will oversee the development and lifecycle management of innovative real estate solutions. Key responsibilities include defining product roadmaps, conducting market research, prioritizing features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and aligning product initiatives with company goals. The role requires involvement in testing, gathering user feedback, and managing stakeholder expectations throughout the product development process.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Product Management, including roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and product lifecycle execution.
- Analytical skills related to Market Analysis, User Research, and Competitive Analysis for data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in Project Coordination, Stakeholder Management, and Cross-Functional Team Collaboration.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and Product Design for user-friendly solution development.
- Adaptability, Strategic Thinking, and Problem-Solving skills to handle diverse challenges.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas, present solutions, and manage expectations effectively.
- Familiarity with real estate markets and technologies is a plus.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is preferred, with relevant certifications as a bonus.
