🚀 We’re Hiring: Product Manager (0–2 Years Experience)

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our team in an on-site role, working closely with US customers and collaborating across stakeholders, Customer Success Managers, and internal teams.

🧠 What we’re looking for:
• 0–2 years of experience in Product Management (or strong relevant exposure)
• Strong communication skills in English
• Understanding of user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirement writing
• Familiarity with tools like Jira (or similar) for tracking and execution
• Basic knowledge of website/product analytics (e.g., funnels, user behavior, metrics)
• Awareness of Scrum/Agile processes and ceremonies
• A natural team player with emerging leadership qualities
• Curious, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions
• Someone who listens deeply and builds with purpose
⚙️ What you’ll do:
• Work closely with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
• Translate customer needs into clear user stories and product requirements
• Own and manage tasks on tools like Jira, ensuring smooth sprint execution
• Participate in and contribute to Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Assist in defining product goals, priorities, and roadmaps
• Use analytics and user insights to guide product decisions
• Support delivery from idea → development → launch → iteration
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and customer success teams
• Bring structure, clarity, and positive energy to the product process
