🎯 About the Role
We are hiring a Product Manager — Asset Lifecycle Platform to define and scale how industrial assets are designed, deployed, operated, maintained, and optimized using ENGINPILOT.
You will operate at the intersection of:
Engineering Systems → Industrial Users → Business ValueYour role is to translate
deep engineering capabilities into
usable product workflows and industry-ready solutions, ensuring real-world adoption without compromising safety or system constraints.

- Define and structure workflows across the full lifecycle:
- Requirements
- Design
- Deployment

- Map platform capabilities to each stage
- Ensure workflows are complete, intuitive, and industry-relevant
2. Industrial Needs → Product Features
- Engage with:
- Industrial customers
- Domain experts
- Engineering teams
- Translate:
- Operational challenges
- → into product features, modules, and requirements
- Define clear product specifications and use cases
3. UX Alignment with Engineering Constraints
- Work closely with:
- Engineering teams (Physics, Platform, AI)
- UX / HMI designers
- Ensure:
- Interfaces respect system constraints and safety boundaries
- No unsafe or invalid actions are exposed
- Decision flows are clear, explainable, and usable in real environments
4. Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and own the product roadmap aligned with:
- Platform capabilities
- Certification milestones
- Industry adoption priorities
- Prioritize features based on:
- Impact
- Feasibility
- Safety and compliance
5. Industry Solutions & Deployment
- Contribute to industry-specific configurations and solution packs
- Design use cases such as:
- Predictive maintenance
- Asset performance optimization
- Fault detection and diagnostics
- Support deployment strategies across industries
6. Cross-Functional Execution
- Collaborate across:
- Physics & Engineering teams
- Platform & Backend teams

- OR engineering + product hybrid roles
- Experience in:
