Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Manager to lead product development initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of product requirements specification, completion criteria writing, completion verification, excellent communication, and the ability to translate business goals into actionable user-stories.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work with customers, tech-architects, designers, and development teams to specify product requirements
- Clear understanding of the aspects of technical and business considerations of the product requirements and able to negotiate on the trade-offs
· Translate business requirements into Jira epics and stories and establish roadmaps for cross-functional teams (Frontend, Backend, AI, QA, and Analysts).
- Create, write, and manage Jira epics, stories, and backlogs, ensuring clear documentation and prioritization.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to track progress of deliverables, identify risks, and unblock cross-functional dependencies.
- Familiarity of bugs triage process and prioritizing them with business and development teams
- Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills to ensure timely delivery.
- Familiarity of SDLC processes, ML/AI (Computer Vision/Deep Learning & Data Science) projects and cloud deployment best practices is an added advantage.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience with product delivery teams.
- B.E /B.Tech /M.Tech in Computer Science Engineering, IT, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Jira , Confluence, Excel MS project or Gantt charts and PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
