Product Manager (AI and Growth)

About the job:
We are building an AI-first startup focused on solving real-world problems at scale through product, automation, and intelligent workflows.
We are looking for a highly ownership-driven Product Manager who can think strategically, execute fast, and work directly with founders, engineers, design, and growth teams to build products users genuinely love.
This is not a traditional “meeting-heavy” PM role.
You will be expected to move fast, make decisions, ship products, analyze user behavior, improve conversion, and drive measurable business outcomes.
You should be comfortable working in ambiguity, wearing multiple hats, and taking complete responsibility for product outcomes from idea → execution → scale.
What You’ll Do
Product Ownership & Execution
- Own product features end-to-end from ideation to launch and iteration
- Convert business goals into product flows, user stories, and actionable tasks
- Work closely with engineering and design to ship features rapidly
- Prioritize product roadmap based on user impact, business goals, and technical feasibility
- Continuously improve onboarding, retention, engagement, and conversion metrics
AI-First Product Development
- Build and improve AI-powered workflows, automations, and user experiences
- Work with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Lovable, Bolt, or similar AI tools daily
- Experiment with prompts, AI outputs, automation flows, and AI-assisted product experiences
- Use AI to accelerate research, documentation, prototyping, testing, and execution
Growth & Experimentation
- Run experiments across onboarding, activation, retention, and monetization
- Analyze funnels, drop-offs, and user behavior to improve product performance
- Work closely with marketing and growth teams on conversion optimization
- Track and improve core product metrics using data-driven decisions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, operations, and founders
- Ensure smooth execution across multiple parallel projects
- Communicate progress, blockers, and priorities clearly to leadership
- Take ownership of delivery timelines and product quality
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in Product Management, Growth, or Startup Operations
- Strong ownership mindset with bias for action
- Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
- Strong communication and execution skills
- Ability to prioritize and make decisions independently
- Understanding of user behavior, product thinking, and customer psychology
- Comfortable using AI tools in daily workflows
- Basic understanding of product analytics and experimentation
Good to Have:
- Experience in AI products, SaaS, EdTech, or consumer products
- Familiarity with SQL, Mixpanel, PostHog, GA4, or Amplitude
- Experience with no-code/low-code tools and automations
- Founder mindset or previous startup experience
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles
