The function encompasses activities ranging from studying market trends and movements to understanding customer behaviour and finally, ensuring that features and functionalities evolve continuously in our offerings.

What will you own:
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our product management team. Your responsibilities will include designing overall product strategy, build frameworks for requirement management and insight collection, building a team of specialists and domain experts, driving acceptance testing and finally co-own revenue targets. You will collaborate closely across departments and define the roadmap emphasizing enhancements to infrastructure and processes that bolster our ecosystem.
How will you make an Impact:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify and implement best practices across the
features landscape.
Deliver the roadmap to a high standard with architects, engineers, and designers.
Collaborate with influencers, customers and independent software vendors to establish
alliances, manage integrations, and ensure seamless data exchange.
Experience to bring with you:
Domian Technical Knowledge - While not necessarily a developer, a Product Manager should
have a strong technical understanding of the platform or system they are working with.
Knowledge of Software Architecture Principles
Relationship Building - Building and maintaining relationships with third-party vendors
including negotiating contracts, managing expectations, and resolving conflicts.
Proficiency in Project Management Methodologies - Plan, execute, and monitor projects,
involving setting timelines, coordinating with internal and external teams, and managing
resources effectively.
Strong communication skills - Convey requirements to internal and external stakeholders
such as developers, product teams, and support teams.
Troubleshooting Skills - Ability to identify and address challenges that arise during the build,
such as technical issues, compatibility issues, or changes in requirements.
User Experience Knowledge - Ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience across
products. This involves collaborating with UX/UI designers to design cohesive user interfaces
and workflows.
Proficiency in Data Analysis - Track the performance and impact of products on key metrics,
such as user engagement, retention, and revenue.
Security and Compliance - Understanding of security best practices and compliance
requirements relevant to integrations, data sharing etc.
Business Acumen - Ability to align product strategies with broader business goals and
objectives. This includes evaluating the ROI of new launches and identifying opportunities for
revenue generation or cost savings.
Learning Agility - The technology landscape evolves rapidly, so a Product Manager should be
proactive in staying updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices
related to product development.
What will you be doing?
You will empower our sales teams by offering insights into both functional and technical
aspects.
Bring consumer first mindset and work backwards. Understand consumer pain points/needs
and business imperatives to define product roadmap and strategy.
Work with other product managers as well as engineering, design, marketing & other cross-functional
stakeholders to build and execute a product roadmap.
Develop strong partnerships with business sponsors, product owners, architects, and
developers to define feature sets, story maps, detailed user stories (functional and non-functional)
to support the development process.
Design delightful user experiences.
Provide hands-on guidance to a high performing team that does road mapping, discovery,
development, and launch of functional features in products.
Provide strong support in project execution.
Lead go-to-market execution plans and share valuable inputs.
