About the Role
Our client is seeking a Product Manager to lead the next-generation CRM platforms and own a suite of internal and agent-facing SaaS applications. This is a high-impact role focused on building and transforming scalable SaaS products, enabling seamless workflows across CRM, bookings, commissions, and integrations for a large network of users.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end roadmap for CRM platform development and modernization
- Define and build modules including client management, bookings, invoices, commissions, and communication systems
- Drive product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution through clear PRDs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, operations, and finance
- Deeply understand business workflows such as booking → invoice → commission → payment
- Build reporting systems, dashboards, and ensure data consistency across platforms
- Lead integrations with GDS, suppliers, payment systems, and external tools
- Champion API-first architecture and scalable SaaS platform design
- Drive continuous product improvements through feedback loops and analytics
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in SaaS platforms
- Strong experience with CRM systems or workflow-heavy enterprise tools
- Ability to understand and map complex business workflows
- Experience writing PRDs and driving engineering execution
- Strong analytical mindset (SQL / data-driven approach preferred)
- Excellent communication with both technical and business stakeholders
- Proven experience in 0→1 product development or legacy system modernization
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in travel industry, bookings, or commission systems
- Knowledge of financial workflows (invoicing, reconciliation, AR/AP)
- Experience with internal tools or operations platforms
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and API-driven systems
- Experience with tools like Jira, Mixpanel, Power BI
- Exposure to AI-driven workflows and automation
