Product Manager – Healthcare RCM & AI Solutions

About the Role
The Product Manager owns the strategy, roadmap, and execution of AI-powered solutions for US healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). This is a hands-on, technically grounded role that sits at the intersection of provider-side RCM workflows, modern AI capabilities, and engineering execution. You'll partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and business stakeholders to ship products that solve real problems for healthcare providers and payors
Key Responsibilities
• Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for RCM solutions, aligning priorities with business goals and provider needs
• Translate epics into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and drive execution through Agile ceremonies
• Serve as the product-side domain expert on provider revenue cycle workflows, engaging directly with stakeholders to validate problems and solutions
• Use Python and SQL to independently analyze product and operational data, validate features, and measure outcomes
• Partner with AI/ML teams to scope and deliver LLM-powered features, RAG systems, and agentic workflows — making informed trade-offs on accuracy, cost, and human-in-the-loop design
• Collaborate with engineering on APIs, data pipelines, and system design with enough technical fluency to contribute meaningfully
• Work with UX/UI to ensure designs are validated, feasible, and accurately executed
• Communicate status, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders and leadership
• Maintain product documentation including PRDs, user stories, UAT cases, and release notes
Requirements
• Bachelor's or master’s in business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field
• 7+ years in Product Management, Product Analyst, or Business Analyst roles, with product ownership experience
• Demonstrated experience building products for US healthcare RCM from the provider side — this is essential
• Hands-on experience delivering AI/ML products in production, ideally including LLM or agentic systems
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for independent data analysis and validation
• Experience analyzing structured and semi-structured healthcare data
• Working knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Solid understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and modern software architecture
• Working familiarity with AI/ML concepts: LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector search, and agentic workflows
• Proven experience in Agile environments and with tools like Jira and Confluence
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a bias toward execution
Nice to Have
• Experience with prior authorization, claims intelligence, or denial management products
• Exposure to knowledge graphs, document AI, or OCR pipelines in healthcare
