We are a bootstrapped, profitable, and agent-native organisation. Our AI agents work across research, search rankings, content creation, campaign planning, revenue attribution, reporting, and rewards processing, while our teams guide strategy and make critical business decisions.
Our portfolio includes:
- GrabOn
- GrabCash
- GrabShare
- RankDrive
- Alternatives.co
Across our platforms, we have influenced over $4.8 billion in GMV, served more than 76 million lifetime users, and processed over 96 million transactions annually.
We are now looking for a high-ownership Product Manager to join the Founder’s Office and help build the next generation of products across our portfolio.
About the Role
This is not a traditional Product Management role.
As a Product Manager in the Founder’s Office, you will own products and features end to end—from identifying an opportunity and defining the problem to driving execution, launching the solution, measuring performance, and planning the next iteration.
You will work closely with design, engineering, business, and go-to-market teams. You will be responsible for deciding what should be built, why it matters, how it should be executed, and whether it has delivered the expected user and business outcomes.
Since this role is part of the Founder’s Office, your responsibilities may extend across multiple products and business areas. You should be comfortable working with incomplete information, evolving priorities, and undefined problems.
This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, enjoys solving complex problems, and can independently convert ideas into shipped and measurable products.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ideation and Strategy
- Identify new product opportunities across Inspirelabs’ portfolio.
- Evaluate and validate ideas based on user needs, market potential, and business objectives.
- Convert broad concepts into clear product strategies and actionable plans.
- Prioritise product initiatives based on impact, effort, urgency, and strategic relevance.
Market and Competitor Research
- Continuously analyse market trends, competitors, customer behaviour, and emerging technologies.
- Identify gaps, differentiation opportunities, and potential areas for innovation.
- Use research insights to influence product decisions and positioning.
Product Requirements and Documentation
- Prepare clear, detailed, and structured Product Requirement Documents.
- Define user journeys, use cases, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and success metrics.
- Ensure design and engineering teams have sufficient clarity to execute efficiently.
Design Execution
- Work closely with the design team to translate product requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Review wireframes, user flows, and final designs.
- Ensure that the final experience aligns with user needs and product objectives.
Engineering Execution
- Partner with engineering teams throughout product development.
- Track timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery progress.
- Resolve blockers and make practical trade-off decisions when required.
- Ensure products and features are delivered on time and according to agreed specifications.
Go-to-Market
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products and features.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, operations, and other relevant teams.
- Ensure internal stakeholders understand the product, target users, positioning, and launch plan.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Act as the central point of coordination between design, engineering, business, and leadership teams.
- Keep stakeholders aligned on priorities, timelines, decisions, and expected outcomes.
- Communicate product updates clearly and proactively.
Product Measurement and Iteration
- Define success metrics before launch.
- Monitor adoption, engagement, user feedback, and business impact after launch.
- Identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Use data and user insights to guide future product iterations.
AI Fluency – Core Requirement
Inspirelabs is an agent-native organisation where AI is actively used in production across research, content, reporting, campaign optimisation, and operational workflows.
AI fluency is therefore a mandatory requirement for this role.
You should already be using AI tools to:
- Conduct product and competitor research.
- Draft and refine product requirement documents.
- Analyse and synthesise user feedback.
- Generate product ideas and evaluate possible solutions.
- Build quick prototypes or proof-of-concept workflows.
- Improve productivity and streamline repetitive tasks.
- Support data analysis and decision-making.
You should also understand where AI can create meaningful leverage and where human judgment, validation, and oversight are necessary.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate practical, hands-on experience using AI tools in their day-to-day product work.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant Product Management experience.
- Experience owning and shipping real products or features.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of AI tools and AI-assisted workflows.
- Ability to write clear and comprehensive PRDs and product specifications.
- Experience working with design and engineering teams.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Willingness to work from the Hyderabad office.
Who You Are
A Self-Starter
You take ownership without waiting for detailed instructions. You identify problems, propose solutions, and drive execution independently.
Innovative and Curious
You bring original ideas, question existing approaches, and explore new ways to solve user and business problems.
Comfortable with Ambiguity
You can move forward even when priorities are changing, information is incomplete, or the solution is not immediately clear.
A Strong Communicator
You can clearly communicate product decisions, align multiple stakeholders, and coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives.
User- and Outcome-Focused
You care about building products that solve real user problems and create measurable business impact.
Execution-Oriented
You are not limited to strategy and documentation. You actively follow through until the product is shipped, adopted, and delivering results.
Why Join This Role?
- Own products and features end to end from day one.
- Work directly with the Founder’s Office and gain exposure to business strategy and leadership.
- Contribute across a growing portfolio of consumer and business platforms.
- Build products in a bootstrapped, profitable, and AI-native organisation.
- Work in a high-trust environment with significant ownership and decision-making responsibility.
- Gain opportunities for rapid learning, visibility, and professional growth.
