Position Summary
A Lead Product Analyst (Assistant Manager) is a mid-level individual contributor responsible for ensuring a product’s value and viability within a product line. This role involves leading empowered, cross-functional product teams to solve customer problems that align with business needs. Being a mid-level product management role, you will have the opportunity to own products of lesser complexity that drive business value. The Lead Product Analyst, like any of our product managers, is accountable for the product’s success, from vision to execution, and collaborates closely with various functions and stakeholders to deliver valuable, viable, usable, and feasible solutions.
Work you'll do
As a Product Management Specialist II on the product management team, you will be responsible for:
- Defining and advancing product vision, strategy, and roadmap priorities aligned with business objectives and customer needs
- Establishing, monitoring, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and inform decisions
- Partnering with business, engineering, experience, and delivery stakeholders to translate priorities into actionable product plans
- Conducting user research, stakeholder engagement, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and shape solutions
- Driving continuous improvement by removing obstacles, supporting experimentation, and sharing product management practices across the team
The team
You will join a cross-functional team focused on delivering product solutions that address business priorities and improve user outcomes. The team collaborates closely across business, engineering, experience, and delivery to shape strategy, evaluate opportunities, and bring scalable solutions to market. This environment emphasizes evidence-based decision-making, continuous learning, and shared ownership of product outcomes.
Location: Hyderabad, Bengaluru
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5-8+ years of experience in product management, product analysis, product owner, or similar roles
- Experience defining product vision, roadmap, backlog priorities, or release plans for a product or product capability
- Experience establishing, tracking, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product outcomes
- Experience working with business stakeholders, engineering, user experience, and delivery teams in a cross-functional environment
- Experience conducting user research, market analysis, or competitive analysis to support product decisions
- Experience supporting product value, viability, and business objectives, including profit and loss (P&L) measures
Preferred:
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban delivery environments
- Experience using product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence
- Experience using reporting or analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience facilitating roadmap reviews, backlog refinement, or stakeholder workshops
- Experience working across enterprise platforms or multiple business domains
