Role OverviewWe are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Product Manager who will take ownership of the Rest The Case platform and its evolving product ecosystem.
This role goes beyond feature development. You will focus on how the product continuously improves from user, business, and technology perspectives.
You will drive the end-to-end product lifecycle across our marketplace, VCLO services, AI-led tools, and internal systems while ensuring that product decisions translate into strong user experience, platform growth, and revenue impact.
This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, user empathy, business thinking, and technical execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Product Ownership
- Own and drive the overall product vision, roadmap, and execution
- Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve platform usability, workflows, and outcomes
- Build scalable product systems across users, lawyers, and businesses
- Ensure product evolution aligns with the company’s long-term growth goals
2. Revenue-Led Product Thinking- Design product journeys with monetization built into the experience
- Improve key growth levers including: User conversion, Engagement, Retention, Revenue per user
- Optimize funnels across: Lawyer consultations, VCLO subscriptions,Compliance services,Legal document solutions
- Build product features that directly support business growth and monetization
3. AI Product Development (Legal AI)- Lead the development and evolution of Rest The Case’s AI legal tools
- Understand how users interact with AI while solving real legal problems
- Define journeys where AI assists users and seamlessly connects them to lawyers or paid services
- Build intelligent AI → Human → Paid Service product flows
- Identify opportunities where AI can: Qualify legal queries,Improve legal intake,Reduce operational friction,Increase user conversions
- AI is expected to be treated as a core product layer, not an add-on feature.
4. Marketplace & Platform Optimization- Improve matching between users and lawyers
- Strengthen platform credibility and trust
- Optimize supply-demand balance across the ecosystem
- Reduce friction across: User discovery,Lawyer onboarding,Legal service engagement
5. Product Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and operations teams
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements
- Write PRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
- Participate in technical discussions with developers
- Ensure timely and efficient product delivery
6. Data, Metrics & Growth- Define and track product KPIs and performance metrics
- Use analytics and experimentation to improve:Activation,Engagement,Retention, Monetization
- Drive data-led product decisions and continuous optimization
Required Skills & ExperienceMust Have
- 3–7 years of experience in Product Management or Product Leadership
- Experience working on SaaS platforms, marketplaces, aggregators, or B2B products
- Strong business and revenue-oriented product mindset
- Experience shipping and iterating live products
- Ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand technical systems
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and product delivery
Technical UnderstandingWorking knowledge of:
- APIs and integrations
- Product workflows and system architecture
- Databases and platform logic
- Agile product development methodologies
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in startup or high-growth environments
- Exposure to AI-powered or LLM-based products
- Experience building conversion-led or subscription products
- Background in legal-tech, fintech, or enterprise SaaS
- Experience building automation or workflow tools for businesses
- MBA or technical degree is a plus
