Lemici offers a hands-on unpaid remote internship designed for learning, portfolio building, and real-world experience. Exceptional interns may be offered a full-time paid role based on performance.

Key responsibilities:
- Define product requirements and Collaborate with the Product Owner to define product vision and strategy
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Assist in gathering and analysing stakeholder feedback to enhance product features
- Support in creating product roadmaps and prioritising feature development with User Stories
- Analyze product performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist with the creation of product documentation and training materials.
- Participate in product strategy discussions and brainstorming sessions
- Aid in coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure product development milestones are met

Skills Required:
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization
- Should be Comfortable using AI tools

- Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
- Proficiency in handling Microsoft Office applications like Ms Excel, PowerPoint and Ms Word, etc.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, and contribute valuable insights.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
