About LimeTray
LimeTray builds technology products used by some of the world’s leading restaurant brands, including Domino’s, Burger King, Tim Hortons, Jollibee, and Wingstop.
Our teams solve real customer and business problems across a broad suite of restaurant technology products.
The Role
We’re looking for a Product Management Intern who is curious, analytical, and comfortable taking ownership.
You’ll work closely with product, design, engineering, and founders to understand user problems, analyse product behaviour, define solutions, and help ship improvements. This is a hands-on role—you won’t just observe meetings or prepare presentations.
What You’ll Work On
- Understand customer and user problems through research, conversations, and product data
- Analyse journeys, funnels, usage patterns, and customer feedback
- Help prioritise product problems based on user impact and business value
- Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Work with design and engineering to take ideas from problem definition to launch
- Test new features, identify gaps, and support high-quality releases
- Define success metrics and evaluate whether shipped changes are working
- Explore how AI tools can improve product discovery, execution, and internal workflows
What We’re Looking For
- A student or recent graduate who can work full-time from our Udyog Vihar office
- Strong structured thinking and problem-solving ability
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and digital products
- Evidence of ownership through internships, college initiatives, personal projects, research, or things you have built
- Ability to learn quickly, ask good questions, and work with limited structure
- Hands-on experience with product analytics, SQL, Figma, prototyping, or AI tools is helpful but not required
Prior product management experience is not mandatory. We care more about how you think, what you have taken ownership of, and how clearly you can explain your decisions.
What You’ll Get
- Meaningful ownership of real product problems
- Exposure to products used by large restaurant brands
- Direct collaboration with product, design, engineering, and founders
- Short feedback loops and the opportunity to see your work reach users
- A broad product experience that is unusual at the internship level
