JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Product Management Intern, you will work closely with our product, design, and engineering teams to improve Gulmahal’s website, app, and overall user experience. You will be responsible for conducting market research, web analytics, gathering user insights, defining product features, and collaborating on product strategy. This is a hands-on role where you will gain practical experience in building and optimizing an e-commerce platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in defining product features and user stories based on market research, web analytics and customer feedback.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with design and development teams to implement product enhancements.
• Monitor website analytics in GA4, Microsoft Clarity to track user behavior and identify pain points.
• Participate in product roadmap discussions.
• Support A/B testing and usability testing to optimize the customer journey.
• Help document product requirements and maintain backlog prioritization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Engineering, Design, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in e-commerce, UX/UI, and product development.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Figma, and Notion is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
