About the Role

We are looking for a Director – Product Management to lead key product areas across the Paytm for Business ecosystem, spanning the merchant app, dashboard, and payment devices.

This role focuses on payments, settlements, monetization, and emerging AI-led product capabilities for millions of merchants using Paytm’s platform. You will operate as a high-autonomy individual contributor, driving product strategy and execution for products used by millions of merchants.

Key Responsibilities

  Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for core merchant payment and settlement experiences across the Paytm for Business ecosystem

  Build cohesive product journeys across mobile, web, and device platforms as merchants scale their businesses

  
  
  


• 
  

  Identify and launch new monetization opportunities within merchant products

  
  
  


• 
  

  Leverage data and AI-driven capabilities to improve merchant experiences and unlock new product value

  
  
  


• 
  

  Partner closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to deliver scalable, high-impact products

  
  
  


• 
  

  Translate complex merchant needs and operational challenges into simple, intuitive product solutions

  
  
  


• 
  

  Influence cross-team roadmaps and align stakeholders to deliver large, platform-level initiatives

  
  

Required Qualifications

• 
  

  7+ years of product management experience, preferably in high-scale B2C products

  
  


• 
  

  Strong consumer product intuition — understands engagement, funnels, and conversion deeply

  
  


• 
  

  Experience working on payments, fintech,, or transaction-heavy systems is a plus

  
  


• 
  

  Demonstrated ability to balance user experience with commercial outcomes

  
  


• 
  

  Structured thinker with strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making

  
  


• 
  

  Proven track record of owning complex features end-to-end in cross-functional environments
