We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented Product Listing Manager with 3–4 years of experience managing product listings for international e-commerce marketplaces, especially in the fashion or clothing industry.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience listing products on Shopify, Amazon US, Walmart Marketplace, and SHEIN, and must be able to manage product listings independently without supervision.
Location: Work From Office, Mohali
Key Responsibilities
• Create and manage product listings across Shopify, Amazon US, Walmart, and SHEIN
• Upload products with accurate titles, descriptions, images, variants, and attributes
• Optimize listings using SEO keywords and marketplace best practices
• Manage product catalog updates, pricing, and inventory
• Ensure listings comply with marketplace guidelines and quality standards
• Fix listing issues such as suppressed listings, attribute errors, or policy violations
• Work closely with design and marketing teams for product content and images
Requirements
3–4 years of experience in e-commerce product listing with International clothing brand (Mandatory).
Hands-on experience with Shopify product management
Experience with Amazon Seller Central (US marketplace)
Experience listing products on Walmart Marketplace and SHEIN
Ability to manage product listings independently without supervision
Preferred
• Experience working with US-based clothing brands
• Experience handling large product catalogs
- Familiarity with bulk product uploads (CSV / Excel)
