We are looking for a commercially driven Product Line Manager (PLM) to lead our Power Supply and Microcontroller portfolio.
Job Location : Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities
- Own revenue & growth targets for Power & MCU product lines
- Achieve revenue and market share targets
- Develop and execute annual business plans with measurable KPIs
- Train sales teams on product positioning and competitive differentiation
- Support field teams in strategic customer engagements making direct visits to customers across PAN INDIA
- Drive design registrations and protect pricing
- Analyze market trends in various segments
- Monitor competitor lines and pricing dynamics
- Identify growth segments and new customer opportunities
Required Qualification
- 7+ years experience in Semiconductor distribution in Power electronics / MCU product management and Applications / FAE roles with commercial exposure
- Strong understanding of:
AC/DC and DC/DC power topologies
Microcontroller architectures (8/16/32-bit)
Embedded systems fundamentals
- PAN INDIA travel is mandatory
