Role: PTC Integrity (Windchill RV&S)

Experience Range: 8 up to 12 years

Technologies (Any of these)

• PTC Windchill RV&S (formerly known as PTC Integrity),
• User level knowledge / configuration of PTC Integrity along with L1, L2, L3 support environment.
• Knowledge of building interfaces between PTC Integrity and other systems
• Experience in Java, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, XML, web technologies

Good-to-have skill

• Strong and assertive communication skills
• Understanding of software architecture frameworks and documentation
• Basic project management and Agile methodology knowledge

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as Technical Expert and Solution Architect for PTC Windchill RV&S
• Lead a team with 4-5 team members.
• Overall coordination with business for the release planning and requirement gathering
• Collaborate across Application Services to identify and communicate integration issues between services
• Derive requirements and change requests for
• architecture evolutions
• Manages risk and ensures that solutions to problems are implemented in line with change control processes.
• License management
• Communication with Business and different stakeholders (IT, vendors)
• Participate in IT security audit
• Prepare and document use cases and alpha test scenarios
• Support project planning, risk assessment, and Agile ceremonies
• Communicate effectively with business, IT, and vendor stakeholders
• Root cause analysis.

• PTC Windchill RV&S (formerly known as PTC Integrity)
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage technical governance and system audit requirements
• Intercultural / interpersonal skills
• Fluent communication skills (verbal/written) in English
