We are looking for a Product Lead / Product head to spearhead our AI transformation. You will be the architect of our next-generation AI product suite, transforming complex supply chain data into actionable, automated intelligence.
The Mission
- Reshape & Reimagine: Audit and evolve our current AI product to meet the shifting demands of the modern logistics landscape.
- Zero-to-One Innovation: Identify, prototype, and launch new AI-driven products that solve critical pain points for our stakeholders.
- Operational Excellence: Build tools that directly impact the bottom line—reducing waste, optimizing routes, and ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time.
What You’ll Do (Roles & Responsibilities)
- Strategy & Roadmap: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our AI portfolio in the Supply Chain/Logistics domain.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with operations, warehouse managers, and carriers to translate "boots on the ground" problems into technical requirements.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Data Scientists and Engineers to build robust ML models (Predictive Analytics, Demand Forecasting, and Generative AI agents).
KPI Ownership: Drive measurable improvements in metrics like OTIF (On-Time In-Full), Inventory Turnover, and Total Landed Cost.
Who You Are (Experience & Qualifications)
- The Track Record: 5+ years in Product Management, with a significant focus on Supply Chain, Logistics, or E-commerce Operations.
- AI Fluency: Proven experience deploying AI/ML products. You understand the difference between a heuristic and a transformer, and you know how to manage the "black box" problem for non-technical users.
Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Engineering, or MBA with a technical lean.
Core Capabilities & Skill Sets
Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge supply Chain/Logistics vertical and its core components ( Freight Forwarding, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management (TMS)
Product Sense: The ability to prioritize ruthlessly in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Communication: You can explain complex AI model outputs to a warehouse foreman and a CEO with equal clarity.
Technical Savvy: Experience with LLMs, Predictive Modeling, and API integrations.
