About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Lead who can take complete ownership of enterprise technology products from requirement discovery and solution definition through development, testing, deployment and post-launch stabilisation.
The role requires strong business understanding, product thinking, technical awareness and stakeholder management. The selected candidate should be capable of converting business requirements into structured, scalable and production-ready solutions while maintaining control over scope, timelines, quality and expected business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product planning from requirement gathering through deployment and stabilisation.
- Understand business requirements and convert them into product specifications, workflows, solution requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Define product scope, user journeys, priorities, delivery plans and release timelines.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, QA, infrastructure teams, vendors and senior management.
- Manage product backlog, priorities, dependencies, risks and change requests.
- Ensure requirements are testable, traceable and aligned with expected business outcomes.
- Conduct product reviews, UAT and production-readiness assessments.
- Monitor development progress and proactively identify delivery gaps, risks and dependencies.
- Prepare and present comprehensive Cost–Benefit Analyses (CBA) for proposed products and projects, quantifying implementation cost, expected financial returns, operational efficiencies, performance improvements, payback period and overall business value.
- Define measurable success criteria and evaluate actual product performance against expected outcomes.
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide structured status updates to senior management.
- Ensure timely closure of defects, dependencies and implementation issues.
- Establish appropriate product governance, documentation and post-launch monitoring.
Required Experience
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in product management, technology delivery or enterprise product development.
- Minimum 3 years of experience delivering production-grade products.
- Strong experience managing products from requirement stage through production deployment.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, software development, UAT and production readiness.
- Experience working with cross-functional technology and business teams.
- Strong capability in requirement documentation, workflows, acceptance criteria and delivery planning.
- Strong stakeholder management, prioritisation and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies and delivery commitments.
- BPO/BPM industry experience is mandatory.
Preferred Capabilities
- Strong exposure to contact-centre operations, customer-experience processes, automation, AI-enabled solutions or digital transformation within a BPO/BPM environment.
- Understanding of APIs, system integrations, databases, cloud platforms and solution architecture.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum or hybrid product-development environments.
- Ability to evaluate technical solutions without depending entirely on the development team.
- Strong documentation, presentation and executive communication skills.
- Experience managing vendors or external technology partners.
